1. Operating Authority & Regulatory Governance
Full Send Transportation operates as an authorized motor carrier regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) under USDOT 4097634 and MC 1562433. All commercial freight transportation services rendered are governed by federal motor carrier statutes, governing tariffs, uniform straight bills of lading, and mutually executed rate confirmations.
2. Capacity Requests & Rate Confirmations
Transmissions submitted through our digital "Request Capacity" portal or direct email/phone communications constitute non-binding requests for quote estimates. A binding contract of carriage takes effect solely upon the issuance, mutual signing, and written acceptance of a formal Rate Confirmation and Bill of Lading (BOL).
3. Shipper, Broker & Customer Responsibilities
Brokers, freight forwarders, and direct shippers agree to the following operational standards:
- Provide accurate piece counts, weights, dimensions, and handling requirements prior to vehicle dispatch.
- Ensure cargo is packaged, shrink-wrapped, and palletized adequately for high-speed dedicated van transport.
- Declare hazardous materials prior to booking; undeclared hazardous cargo is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate refusal.
- Abide by standard loading/unloading detention allowances as detailed in agreed rate confirmation documents.
4. Cargo Liability & Claims Procedure
Carrier cargo liability is governed by federal law under the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706) and the specific terms of our Certificate of Insurance. All claims regarding cargo loss, visible damage, concealed damage, or transit delay must be formally submitted in writing with supporting photographic evidence and delivery receipt exceptions within applicable statutory windows.
5. Website Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, copy, imagery, and UI design assets on fullsendtransit.com are the proprietary property of Full Send Transportation. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, or automated data extraction is strictly prohibited.
